Bettina Andresen Guimarães

Bettina is a leadership and intercultural coach with an education in NLP-Resonance® (Practitioner | Master | Coach | Trainer), Corporate and Executive Coaching and Intercultural Communication. In her coaching practice, she shares 26 years of corporate experience in communication related roles – most recently on a global scale – with her clients, supporting them to achieve individual, authentic success in their respective professional positions.

Bettina’s coaching business developed from a place she comes from. Having been an enthusiastic ‘corporate world citizen’ for many years, her training program “Authentic Wow, interculturally speaking” is tailored to international teams as well as to expats preparing for or settling into a new culture. It helps them to become ‘people fluent’ whatever the cultural context.

For managers and executives aiming to develop their authentic leadership style, Bettina has designed a specific training program, based on the conviction that leadership is an attitude, not an action. The program is suitable for both first-time managers and experienced leaders, aspiring to evaluate and realign their intra- and interpersonal skills.

Benefitting from her experience as a PR professional of many years, her workshops “Authentic Wow in presentations” and “Authentic Wow in media exposure” help executives, experts/specialists to present with competence, confidence and authenticity and to maximize impact with their presentation, key note, speech, statement, press conference or (televised) interview.

Her “Authentic Power Hours” are the optimal starting point for personal development in all of the above areas – or the perfect tool to regain momentum after a workshop or coaching sequence.

Passionate about languages, travelling and other cultures, the Austrian-born called Paris home for several years and now lives in the UK with her Portuguese husband. Having visited six out of seven continents (Antarctica is still on her bucket list 😉), Bettina keeps travelling the world whenever she can.
